Married for over 36 years, Holly and Dick decided to join their business skills approximately 14 years ago to create the Holly Gross Realty Group, Inc. A licensed real estate agent, Dick concentrates on the marketing aspects of the group's business. Creating catchy advertisements and attractive listing brochures are his area of expertise. Additionally, he enjoys touring prospective buyers through some of our listings where having a knowledgeable agent present is deemed appropriate and desirable.

Prior to teaming up with Holly in the Real Estate business, Dick had his own marketing firm and, prior to that, was a marketing manager with the Atlantic Richfield Corporation. Dick holds an undergraduate degree in education from West Chester University and a graduate degree from Villanova University. Prior to entering the business world, Dick taught at the Lionville Elementary School for approximately five years.

Like Holly, Dick is also an active equestrian and is a past member of Mr. Stewart's Cheshire Foxhounds. Additionally, Dick is a former member of the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Committee and routinely officiated at area Point-to-Point races such as Cheshire and Brandywine Hills as a Paddock Judge. Dick has also been a Steward at the Bryn Mawr Hound Show for over 20 Years. He is very proud of his long affiliation with the Buck and Doe Trust where he served as a member of their Board of Directors for over 15 years. Dick is a Vietnam veteran having served with the United States Marine Corps.

Dick resides in Unionville, Pennsylvania with Holly at their Green Ledge Farm. The proud father of two post-college age sons, Stephen (Trinity, 2003) and Stewart (Gettysburg, 2006), Dick helps with the family horse boarding business and in the breeding of their Jack Russell terriers.
